What does it mean to "Get Scouted" ?
Also, what happens if I get enough votes on an art that I upload ( it seems to be asking for 5 votes).

Regarding the votes :
You need to have at least 5 votes on your piece before its score it's "official".
Once you have enough votes, your art's score will become visible for everyone.
